Maybe she made the wrong decision here. When asked if she wanted someone to go with her, maybe she should have said yes. As she sat at her table at the ice cream parlor, she had to admit that she was nervous. When her daddy said he wanted to talk to her yesterday, she didn't expect this. Natasha had never wondered about her birth family. She knew that her mother had named her and then walked away. And really, that was enough for her. Because she had her fathers. She had never looked into it before. But apparently, she had a younger sister. Fifteen years old, just like Ashleigh. Natasha had seen a picture of her. She couldn't deny her at all. And she had come all the way from California to meet her.

Her daddy had left it up to her. Did she want to? With a warm smile, she had said "of course!" And before deciding what to wear, she had assured her sister that nothing would change. After all, Ashleigh was as real as could get! She could never love her sister any less. But when asked if she wanted anyone to join them, she had said no. This was something she needed to do by herself. she couldn't really explain why. It was just something she had to do. And as Natasha searched through her closet to find just the right thing, she wondered if Lilith had any siblings as well.

She had finally settled on her signature color. So, after selecting a table, she sat down, wearing a pink dress.She had come in and sat down, looking around. She had taken an extra dose of her Ritalin, and maybe she shouldn't have done that. She wasn't nearly as bouncy as she usually was. She was, to everyone else's judgment, normal. But Natasha actually felt sluggish. This wasn't normal to her, not at all. She was nervous on top of it all. What if the younger girl didn't like her? She heard the bell on the door jingle and looked up to see her walk in. She stood, ready to greet her. Well, it was too late to back down now. Here went nothing.
