She actually had an older sister out there somewhere. She had always wanted to find her birth family. And while apparently her finding her parents seemed to be a bust, she did learn where her sister lived. In Toronto. That was a long way from California. She was so excited. Did, what was her name? Oh! Natasha! Did Natasha know that she had a younger sister out there somewhere? Would she be excited to see her? What was she like? So many questions were running through Lilith’s head. So many questions, so many thoughts. She was so excited about getting there that she had been not getting as much sleep. She just could not wait. She hoped that this girl liked her. This was like a dream come true really. What was her life like? Was her sister happy? Lilith hoped so. She was. Maybe she didn’t have rich parents and maybe she lived in a mobile home and was homeschooled, but the fifteen year old was happy with her life. She would not change it for all of the money in the world. Not even to be more popular with people that she meets. She is perfectly happy with who she is. She loves her life and she would never let anyone bring her down, no matter who they were. It was pretty early in the morning. She was on her laptop, during research. That was what she had been doing all night. Sitting on her bed, researching the family that had her big sister. They did seem like nice people. She even looked up Natasha’s facebook page. And she wanted to send her a friend request, but thought it best to wait until she was face to face with her sister and have met her. Closing her laptop, she looked over at the clock. It was six in the morning. She walked to the front of the mobile home, sitting down in the passenger seat. “How far, daddy?” she asked, excitedly? She just could hardly wait any longer. She was in a great mood even with her lack of sleep. |
