Her life just was not fair. Why was her own brother doing this to her? He had just become a real jerk lately. And now she had wished that she had never allowed herself to trust him. It may have been one of the biggest mistakes that she would ever make in her lifetime. She had been doing his homework, doing everything he wanted. She felt like his fucking slave. She wanted to tell her dad, but then Matt would probably give her shit about being a snitch or whatever. No, Megan was not going to do that. Well, it wasn't like she was going to school anymore anyway. So she at least did not have to worry about keeping up her own grades. But she was feeling so stressed, so tense. She felt like she needed something. Something to calm her, relax her.
One night, Megan had decided to go out for a walk. She ended up at the Ravine. And it was there that her eyes caught sight of Rikki. She had heard of her. Rikki, drug dealer, drug addict. That was all Megan cared about. Actually, Rikki had been supplying her with the Ecstasy that she needed these past two weeks. And she was not about to give it up, either. Not without a fight. She needed the release. It helped calm her. She had ran into her several hours ago. She had not been sleeping all that well lately. She had lost her appetite. She was acting differently. But Megan did not really care.
Right now, her body temperature was higher than usual. Her heart was racing. But did Megan care about any of that? Hell no. Walking over to the beer, she grabbed a can and opened it. She then popped another pill into her mouth and took a drink. Sure, maybe mixing drugs and alcohol was not a good idea, especially since she was pregnant.

New neighborhood. New side of the city. Roxxie decided to explore around. After all, it wasn't like her parents wanted to do anything with her. Her mother was grading midterms and her father? He never wanted to see her outside of their monthly lunches. And even those, he almost always skipped out early on. She had never really hung out with her siblings. So, she went out the window and was roaming around, on her skateboard.
Gizmo was nudging the pocket with his head. She had stopped and pulled him out of her jacket, holding her hand out so he could eat some pellets. Gizmo was her best friend, truly. She was otherwise pretty much invisible. So it really wasn't any surprise when she witnessed a girl popping E, and she wasn't even noticed. She bit her lip as she watched Megan, though. She knew who she was. And really, she could understand why she would want E. But man, Roxxie knew it was dangerous. She watched her, before she slipped her rat back into her pocket and went up to her.
"And here, we have Toronto's most famous victim. The girl everyone is smothering with pity," she spoke, acting like a tour guide as she sat beside her. "People suck, don't they?" There was no way she was going to act like she felt sorry for her. If it was her, she would hate it. Pointing at the drugs, she smirked. "But you know, if you do E, you're just giving them more reason to pity you." She looked her up and down before smirking. "I'm Roxanne. One of Toronto's Juvenile Delinquents. Oo, tattoo, run away" she waved it away with her hand. "I hate pity, too. It's annoying. It's like hello? Get a life. Or a death. I mean, what happened sucks but you should be old news by now. I guess some people don't know how to move on and find someone else to martyr."
