They had finished the building early, leaving him with nothing to do. And when Elliot had nothing to do, it wasn't usually a good thing. That was usually when he got himself into trouble, especially with the law. But he had made a promise the last time he as arrested, that he would try and stay out of jail this time. So instead of going to his usual spot, Elliot headed to the University. He figured it shouldn't be too hard to stay out of trouble if he was around his lover. As he waltzed onto the campus, he spotted a sign that mentioned free pizza. He didn't mind that at all. So, despite not actually being a student, he stepped in line, and graciously took a plate. That is, until he was approached by the student president.
"Elliot. I've told you before, these activities are for students only."
He rolled his eyes. "Don't be a douche, Wayne"
"It's Warren"
"Who cares? Look, I'm waiting for my husband. It'd be unethical to let me starve while I wait. Now buzz off"
He started to walk away, when the kid stood in front of him. How did he even remember him? So he might have caused a scene once...or three times. Did the kid have no life? He looked at him. "I'm walking, Wayne. If you keep going this way, we're gonna hit."
"Give the pizza back."
Seriously? "How about I just pretend to give it back and you pretend not to be a lameass. Ok? Ok. See ya" he started to leave, when a hand was put on his chest. He looked at the hand. "You don't want to do this." Because, Elliot had a temper. It was the reason he tended to get into trouble.
"Give it back"
"Fine" He picked up the slice, and slammed it into the boy's face with a snicker. Well, he gave it back! "Lookit there. Pepperoni's a good look for you"
"I can have you escorted off the campus."
"And I can have my way with your mother if I wanted. But let's not go quite that far." Patting his back, he walked away. He was feeling pretty good. He hadn't thrown a single punch. And the cops were not called. This whole not getting in trouble thing, he could do this. Though, others might debate over whether or not what had just happened was really staying out of trouble. But hey, he thought he was doing great!

Don't do it, don't.
Sebastian had been heading in that direction when he noticed a familiar figure. Inwardly, he cringed when he saw whose company he was in, well aware that this wasn't going to go over well. It never did. He didn't know why he bothered to hope for things not to get out of control, because they would undoubtedly do so. He could have rushed over, let himself be known and tried to defuse the situation, but instead, he stood there. He shifted his bag on his shoulder and just watched. Elliot could be a jackass. He couldn't dispute that. Hell, there were times he said so himself, although he also reasoned that most people didn't really get a chance to see what was under all of that. And he didn't see him as a bad person. He just happened to take situations to places that Bastian never would. And when he saw the pizza hit the other man's face, he winced and lowered his head, knocking his palm against it.
Without hesitation, he rushed over, past Warren who he patted on the shoulder in passing. "I'm sorry, really. He doesn't mean it." Yes, he did. And forget that it didn't make sense to say that at all. Still, he took off after Elliot, slowing to a quick walk once he caught up. "Is this your big plan for staying out of jail?" He asked, automatically. Although, he wouldn't be going to jail for what happened, it was still troublesome. Early on, he never would have guessed that he'd fall for someone who had trouble with the law, much less went on to marry them and remain that way, even after the arrests. He didn't want to see him in jail again. Not only because he thought he was better than that, but because he didn't want to be without him. His husband could be an ass. But, he loved him, all that aside and when he was gone, it sucked. While he was surprised to see him here, it was a little overshadowed by what he witnessed. It was nice to see him there, but at the same time, not so nice to watch him shove pizza into some boy's face.

And, just like magic, Sebastian appeared! "Heyy, there's my Honey Punky Poo Poo!" wrapping his arm around the other man's neck, he kissed his cheek. He heard his question and looked back at him. "Oh, that? He can't get me arrested. Besides, it was kind of therapeutic!" Yeah, that was what it was. "Are you done? Cause if you're not, I can always head to your next class with you." If he would even let him. The last time he went to a class of his, he ended up pissing off the teacher so much, he threw both he and Sebastian out for the day. Elliot thought it was hilarious. The problem was, sometimes the two men had different senses of humor. He ended up arrested that night, because after they were thrown out, Elliot decided to pay a visit at the professor's office and defend his husband's honor...which, in this case meant kicking his ass for throwing Sebastian out. He was subsequently charged with simple assault, spent a few days in jail until he got ahold of his sister, who, like every other time he was arrested, went and paid the bondsman to get him out. From there, he spent a couple of months in community service. Hell, that usually was the sentence. Community service and fees. Except for that one time a few summers ago when he had to spend a few months in jail. But that was a whole different scenario. He didn't see himself as a criminal. Instead, he viewed his life as colorful. Exciting. You never knew what could happen when Elliot was around.
Stopping at a bench, he turned and jumped on the table, swinging his legs. "Oh, Kami's coming to visit." There couldn't be anyone more opposite of Elliot than his twin sister, Kami. She was yin to his yang. But she loved her brother, and she adored being around Sebastian. And while Elliot considers most nice people to be suckers, he actually respects Kami. She was one of the few that he did respect. And when she called him up that morning and informed him that she was wanting to move back to Toronto, he automatically volunteered a place for her to crash until she found a place. He just needed to find a way to tell his husband this. "And guess what?" Yeah, that was the best way to go about it. By telling him to guess.
