Hannah nodded "so when do you want it to go down?" she asked, looking at her "we can't get caught. Do you know how much trouble I'd be in?"

"We can do it now. After all, we are suppose to be in school. Who would come looking for us?" Marissa looked around, thinking. "I don't need anyone finding out either. But-well, all we need is a place that is abandoned. Or something like that. Anywhere but at our homes."

Hannah bit her lip. "abandoned?" she swallowed and looked straight ahead "ok. Not-not now. But--" she sighed "But I think I know where to go" she nodded. This was crazy...wasn't it? But it was said. Too late to take it back

This was something that Marissa desperately needed. Something she deserved. Her reasoning was logical. Everything, everything, just seemed to be her fault. Her mother's death. And she had never got the chance to forgive her mother. Would her mother forgive her? And her sister. Her sister's suicide. Her fault, too. All of it. Why hadn't she seen the signs? They were right there. Right in front of her. And the things Rissa had done to her sister, before she killed herself...they were something terrible. The things she said. The things she had done. What kind of sister would hurt her baby sister in any sort of way? he was a horrible, aweful person. And she deserved to get whipped.
Abandoned. Had to be abandoned. Because then there was no way that the two of them would get caught. None at all. Maybe she was crazy. Maybe she was drunk. But this was something that Rissa decided she really needed even before she started drinking today. And sure, right now, maybe she was a little bit drunk, or a lot, but it did not make her want this any less.
After finishing the last bit of her beer, she tossed the bottle aside on the ground and got to her feet. She walked on over and reached in, grabbing herself yet another beer before turning back to Hannah. Opening the bottle, arissa took a quick drink before clearing her throat. "Sounds great. Where is this place at then?" she decided to ask Hannah, her friend.

In another life, she wouldn’t be like this. She wouldn’t be broken. In another life, she would be happy. Just like she almost was, when she was with Derek. But now he was gone. And she knew it was her fault. She ran him off. She was always bouncing in a million different directions. Who would want to stay with someone like that? And, she had turned into this…this coward. Derek liked the way she was before. She ran him off. She needed to be a bitch again. She needed to. That was why she had agreed to this.
When she asked where it was, Hannah eyed her. All at once, she snatched the bottle from her and threw it to the ground, watching it break. She looked at her, a glare attempting to resonate from her eyes. “Are you retarded? Drinking in the middle of the afternoon? I can’t believe you would be so stupid!” she paused, biting her lip. Was that what she wanted? Was she doing a good job? She had no idea. She was trying to think of what Ben would do, if it was him catching one of them with a drink in their hands. Though, she wasn’t so sure he would be this harsh. But, Marissa said she wanted to be scolded.

Yes, Marissa needed this. Needed to be scolded, punished. She needed to feel like someone in this fucking world cared about her. And obviously her father was not going to do it. And she desperately craved it. She watched as Hannah snatched the bottle from her hand and watched as the bottle smashed into a million pieces. She looked back up at Hannah, her stomach in knots. The feeling that she always got when she was in trouble. Good. “Maybe I am…” she simply said, in a soft whisper. Maybe she was stupid. About everything. Everything in her fucked up, pathetic little life. She was a very bad girl. She deserved nothing good in her life.
She stared into Hannah’s eyes, her own eyes practically pleading. “I’ve been bad. Very bad.” She whispered, looking down at the ground, almost ashamed. She wanted to beg Hannah to punished her, hit her. She felt like she needed it, like she deserved it. “Punish me? Please?” Her tone was begging her.
