Nobody could have predicted of what could happen today. Not to a 13-year-old girl like India. She was sweet and smart and she always did everything that her father said. Never once was India the type to argue. Not with any adult. That just wasn't who she was. SHe wanted people to see her like a young adult. Even if she had only became a teenager not that long ago. She just wanted to be trusted. And India...she had plenty of friends her own age and even a few that were older than herself.
It was a beautiful Saturday today and India asked her dad if he did not mind her going over to a friends for the afternoon. But her reason wasn't for fun. No, her and her friend had a huge test onMonday and both young girls wanted to be prepared. Of course, so focused on her school work, India almost didn't notice the time. It was 8:15. She never even was one minute late when coming home by curfew. She tried to prove herself responsible.
So, quickly, India grabbed her belongings and bid her friend farewell and began her walk home. With it getting late, though, India decided to take a shortcut through an alley and reached the bridge. She stopped at the ledge and looked down for a moment. She loved watching the river flowing below. Looking down at her watch, India began walking again.

He knew her. Jonathan recognized the girl as soon as he saw her. She was one of the Del Rossi brats. She came to the house, her and her sister and dad, when they were picking up some of Hannah's things. Yeah, that was it. Her dad was the big bouncer-looking guy. Thought he was tough. He didn't scare Jonathon. Because, the adults would never know what was going on. So he didn't need to be worried.
Pulling over, he rolled down his window "hey! kid! Del Rossi!" it wasn't like he remembered her first name. "Come quick! We got an emergency! Boy, am I glad to see you!"

Suddenly being brought out of her thoughts, India looked up. It was that guy...the one that Ben was seeing. She couldn't remember his name though. Although, she was a little hesitant to go to him. Not because she did not trust him. Because she didn't want to be in trouble for being late for her curfew. "Uhm--Hi. I would, but...my dad. I'll be in so much trouble if I miss curfew. And it's already almost nine."

"your dad will understand!" he said immediately, before searching his brain for something "it's your cousin" well, wasn't that so specific? Didn't she have a million cousins? "Matt. He went crazy, tried to kill himself! I can't talk him down off the roof. You have to help me. He's gonna jump and it'll be all my fault"
not bad. Not true, but not bad. He sounded convincing, was even sweating and it could be conceived as nervous sweat. His voice shook. Yeah, he sounded and looked scared.

What? No. Matt wouldn't try that. Would he? India didn't want that to happen. She cared for Matt. She looked up to Matt. Especially since she did not have any brothers of her own. Just a sister. "He's what? No. No, no, no. He can't-he wouldn't-" India swallowed and nodded. "O-Okay." She walked to the pasanger side of the car and climbed in.

Jonathan watched as she got in. Turning on the child locks, he locked the car as he headed, not towards the house, but out of town.

India watched out the window as they drove. But she noticed something that she did not like. They did not seem to even be going towards the house. She turned to look at Jonathon. "Hey...where are we going?"

Jonathan shrugged "don't worry, Del Rossi". Actually, she should. She would worry a lot about this one. Because this little girl was turning him on, when she shouldn't be. Jonathan had plans for her. She was a fresh one. He hadn't had a fresh one since Chance left

India suddenly felt scared. "My name is India." she retorted. "And if you do not take me home this instant, my daddy will kil you. And that's a promise."

Jonathan smirked "what a mouth you have on you. Don't worry. I'll spank the sassiness out of you. Then I'll fuck it out of you to be sure." he made the promise. "your daddy will be thanking me"

India was terrified. Beyond terrified. But she wasn't about to give him the satisfaction of knowing that. No way. No how. Her eyes narrowed, her hand moved to the handle. Of course, she had know idea that he had used child locks on it.
India shook her head. "I don't think so. You can't touch me. I won't let you. Here...I got an idea. How about you go fuck yourself?!"

Jonathon smirked "you think you have a choice here, maggot?" he snapped as he got on the freeway. "too many people at the house. We'll have to go elsewhere for your punishment"

"I will tell my father! You can't scare me!" But India was scared. She was. And her having that mouth, probably would not help matters at all.

He rolled his eyes "no you won't. I'll make sure of that" he said as he headed east on the freeway

India looked arond and tried to open the car door, but it wouldn't. It was locked! Looking towards Jonathon, she swallowed, staring then at the steering wheel. This might be stupid for her to do. But without really, thinking, India grabbed the steering wheel, actually trying to get him off the road. "No! Let me out!" she screamed.
