"I knew that I would," Nikki smirked. Of course, he didn't mention that once he got bored, there was a high chance that he was going to spill anyway. Because, after he was done getting his way, he'd have nothing better to do than tell. No, it wasn't nice of him, but he didn't think he had to be nice to her. She might have been his cousin, but he didn't have a high opinion of his cousins anyway. And he really doubted that that was ever going to change.

Megan glared at him, holding out her hand. "Now, give them back to me." she hissed, meaning her pills of course. How could she let him do this to her. Maybe it would have been best to come out to her parents about what she was doing. But she was afraid to. Okay, she was afraid to mainly tell Ben what she was doing.

Nicholas almost forgot that he was carrying the pills at all. So, he handed them over with a smirk. "It was nice doing business with you." Some business. While it was cruel, and probably wrong to do to anyone, especially family, he was proud of himself for it. He was usually proud when he scammed somebody though. He liked having that kind of power.

"Business? Is that seriously what your gonna call it?" Megan shook her head some. "That's really pathetic." she retorted. Maybe she should really drop the attitude, but what could you do? Megan's attitude was getting pretty bad lately. "Gee, I wonder what you do to total strangers."

"You know what's even more pathetic? You." Nicholas smirked. When she mentioned how he treated total strangers, he chuckled a little. No, he didn't treat them any nicer, but decided to pretend like he did. "Oh, don't worry. I treat the way better than I treat you." He assured her, as if that should give her some kind of comfort. He didn't care about anybody. Not strangers, not family-- At least, that was something that he liked to count on. Not caring made it a lot easier to stay neutral.

"How am I pathetic? Well, that's because I'm not." Megan shoved past him. "And stay out of my way." she hissed, turning around to face Nikki again. "You're such a pathetic loser." she retorted.

Nicholas turned to face her when she shoved past him. The whole time, he kept a pretty smug look on his face. He didn't believe that he was the pathetic one. Even if he was the one blackmailing his own cousin. He had no remorse whatsoever for what he might be putting the girl through. "Hey, at least I'm not the one so easily blackmailed." He retorted back at her.

Megan glared at her so-called cousin. "Yeah, and what would you do, huh? There's nothing I can do!" She still had that tough girl look on her face. What was there to do?

"I wouldn't get myself in that kind of situation. I'm smarter than that." Nicholas replied with a shrug. Of course, he didn't know if that was really true. But, it sounded appropriate given the circumstance. It was almost as if he wanted to make her believe that she was as pathetic as he was telling her she was.

Megan may be a tough girl, she may get into lots of fights, and she may have had to learn to be strong at a young age. But that didn't stop Megan from believing things Nikki said. She had believed him back in the graveyard that day, when he said that them being taken from Ben and Marco was all her fault. And she even believed him now. Maybe she was pathetic. "Just shut up." It didn't even sound mean or came out loudly.

Nicholas had no intention of shutting up. But, when did he ever? He had a tendency to keep talking, even when someone wanted him to stop it. He loved taunting her and getting the better of her. While it was awful to do to family, he hardly considered her his real family. "Make me." He retorted.

It didn't take much for Megan to believe in something. And why would she believe Nikki? Who knew. But then again, she had believed in her own father when he had said that everything was all her fault. But maybe everyone was right. Maybe she was just a pathetic loser. "Just--please shut up." Was all that she said.
