Megan screamed in frustration, as she walked into detention. Why was she here? She didn't belong here. And there was no way out. She didn't even do anything this time to deserve to be here. She slammed here books down on her desk, and sat down. Not caring if she were to get in trouble, Megan pulled out a cigarette and lit it.

Natasha whimpered. She didn't mean to talk back to the teacher! But he was making her uncomfortable. Mr. Sawyer had put a hand on Natasha's leg and she had said "don't touch me!" in a scared tone. And she had tried to apologize, but he didn't take it. She was left with a week's worth of detention. Ashamed of herself, she went to the corner of the room, past Megan and started crying

Megan looked back at Natasha and decided to go over to her. "Tasha?" She sat beside her, and gently placed her hand on her shoulder. "What happened? Why are you in detention?"

"Mr. Sawyer. I wasn't very nice to him. He doesn't like girls speaking up in class. I don't really know why. I-I guess I should only speak when he asks me to" she said sadly "b-but I...I'm not doing well in his class, Megan, and I don't understand why. I've always done so well in English. What am I doing wrong?"

Megan sighed. "I always got A's i English myself. I had always loved it. That is, until I got Mr. Sawyer as a teacher." she started to explain. "Now I have an F in that class. From what I hear, all the girls do. It's not you, Natasha. It's Mr. Sawyer. I don't want you going near him. I don't want you to get hurt because of him. Believe me, I know what he's capable of."

Natasha's eyes widened "what???" she stood up and shook her head "we have to do something about this, Megan!" As sweet and Naive as Natasha was, she understood that rape equals bad. Walking out of the classroom, she went to the teacher's lounge, where there was a staff meeting. Seeing the board, she straightened up her backpack "Mr. Sawyer, I need to talk to tou about the unfair discrimination against the female minority of your classes. I also need to talk to you about the attempted indiscretions against my cousin"
Hazel looked at her colleague "Robert, what is she talking about?"
Mr. Sawyer stood up and took Natasha's arm "we'll be right back" he said and took her out in the hallway "don't you EVER pull that stunt again" he growled at her
"I'm sorry, Mr. Sawyer. But rape is illegal. Even attempted rape" she said politely
he pushed her into a locker "you don't know anything, you little bitch!"
Natasha's eyes widened. "let me go, please!" she begged
"make me" he challenged her, kissing her
Natasha closed her eyes and kicked his groin. Mr. Sawyer grabbed himself "sorry!" she apologized, getting out from against the wall "I didn't mean to"

Megan watched her cousin leave. No, she couldn't let Natasha deal with this. Especially alone. Megan was probably stronger and not as niave as Natasha, and she herself could barely deal with this. She walked out to the hallways and followed in the direction of her cousin. She saw the seen between Mr. Sawyer and her cousin, and her eyes widened. "Hey, Jackass!" she hissed, and jumped on the teacher's back, putting her hands around his throat. "Leave my cousin alone!" she screamed.

Natasha grabbed her hand and pulled her away "Megan, no! That's bad behavior!" she whispered to her then looked at Mr. Sawyer "she didn't mean it, sir. Neither did I. We just really don't like being molested by an adult male over thirty" she explained
"molested??" Mr. Sawyer glared "don't you fucking accuse me of that"
"gee, I'm sorry! I didn't mean that! I...I....Can we please go now?"
"get out of here! bitches!" he yelled
Natasha nodded "thank you, sir" she said and started walking away, pulling Megan right with her "wow. He's scary"

"You know, you better be fucking thankful I don't have my knife on me! I'd slit your fucking throat!" Megan hissed, not caring if it got her in trouble. She looked at her cousin. "No. I'm not sorry. And I meant everything I said, too." She shook her head. "Tash, you can't just say you're sorry everytime he fucking does soimething bad to y9ou. It's not your fault. It's his own damn fault."

Natasha's bottom lip quivered "I'm sorry" she whimpered, eyes filling with tears "I didn't mean to" and that was exactly her one faulty characteristic. She never meant anything. Natasha didn't know how to stand up for herself. Because every time she took a stand and someone questioned it, she apologized.
