the new kid. Mark was used to being called that. He had been expelled from 17 different schools in the last year alone. Finally his mom gave up and sent him to live with his aunt Darcy.
So Mark got off his motorcycle and looked around. He was supposed to be turning things around, but he didn't care. In fact, the first thing he did was pull out his video camera and filmed a girl whose skirt had flown up. Chuckling, he headed up the steps. This would be interesting

Nessa was 15, and she hadn't seen her family in two years. Not since getting into some problems when she was 13. Major problems. Grand theft auto (not to mention underage driving), stealing, breaking and entering. Among other things, really. And she had been sent to Juvie. Now, she was being forced to live in some group home. And she'd been told that she had to stay out of trouble, or else she would be sent right back to Juvie. Vanessa didn't want that, but it was hard to stay out of trouble. Especially when trouble just seemed to find her.
This was Nessa's first day at Degrassi as well. She was a Freshman. She should have been a sophomore, but she lost a year. She sat on the front steps and watched the other kids fooling around and talking before class.

Mark wolf-whistled as Willow walked by. She looked at him and gave a flirty grin before walking right into Vanessa "watch where you're putting those size-20 legs of yours" she hissed at the girl. Oh, she already didn't like her.
Mark walked over to see if Willow was all right, but he saw someone who interested him more instead "Vanessa???"

Vanessa rolled her eyes. "Why don't you shut your trap!" she hissed at Willow before hearing her name by a familiar voice. She looked over only to see her brother. She hadn't seen him in almost two years. "Mark?? What-" She shook her head. "You go to school here? Since when?"
