[size=1 "Get out of my house!" That was what Jimmy had said to Rachel. Upset, and refusing to beg, Rachel had gotten angry and had yelled at her father to go fuck himself. At first, Rachel was just going to go back to the strip club and try to get her job back. But by now, the owner knew that she was only 16 and had threatened to call the cops if she didn't leave immediately. Not really sure where else to go, Rachel decided to pay a visit to her boyfriend. However, she couldn't bring herself to go into the room. Instead, she stood in the hallway and looked at him through the window. Tears started to fall down her face, as she tried to figure out where to go. She finally decided that it would be better to go see Scott's sister. Afterall, Marissa was one who was willing to help everybody, right? By the time she got to the hotel, she was sobbing and it was raining. She went to the front desk, but the lady refused to tell her which room the Mannings were in. Rachel began yelling, which caused a scene between her yelling and her crying. She couldn't just give up. She did not want to sleep outside in the rain tonight.

Marissa hadn't gone right home after school. Instead, she just walked around, just thinking. She didn't really feel like being around anyone else to day. When Marissa finally headed back to the hotel, it was about 7. Walking in, Marissa was about to head to the elevator when she heard a familiar voice. At the front desk, Marissa noticed Rachel and walked over. "Rachel? What are you doing here?"

Rachel looked up when she heard her voice. Being around somebody she knew only made her cry harder. "I got kicked out, he took my money, and my wallet, and everything. I have no where else to go. Please don't make me leave. I don't want to end up sleeping on a park bench. And I didn't know who else I could turn to."

Marissa listened, before pulling Rachel into a hug. "It's okay, Rach. I won't make you leave. How about I take you back up to my room and you can tell me what happened."

Rachel nodded. "I'd like that. I don't even know where my mom is to go to her."

Marissa led Rachel to the elevator just as the doors opened. She hit the button to her floor. "It'll be okay. Maybe you can stay here for a couple of days."

Rachel smiled a little "thanks, Marissa. I tried to get my job back but my boss threatened to call the cops on me"

Marissa nodded. "It's okay. Maybe you could try and get another job. Maybe at The Dot or something. I'm sure everything'll be alright." She led Rachel up to the hotel room.

Rachel looked around "wow" was all she could say. "This room is...wow"

Marissa just shrugged. "It's okay. I guess. In my opinion, it's better than being back home with my mother." She blamed Emma for leaving and she didn't think that she could ever forgive her. Marissa looked back to Rachel. "Out of everyone, your friends even, why did you come here?"

Rachel didn't want to sit down, since she was still completely soaked. She looked down at her question and back up at Marissa. "I wanted to be with Scott. Since that's not possible, I chose the closest thing to it. I-" she walked over to the wall, looking out the window. "I can't tell Willow. It'd be like a death sentence. And Abigail and Alexis would just tell her"

Marissa bit her lip and sat down on the couch. "Do you even have any place you could stay at?"

Rachel shook her head, wiping her eyes. "I mean, I'm sure I can sneak into Scott's room at night. They've offered to let me sleep there before. I-I can go there if you don't want me here"

"No. You can stay. I don't mind." Marissa stood back up. "Do you want me to get you something dry to put on?"

Rachel nodded. "That'd be nice." she said quietly. God, she can only imagine Willow's response to her being there. She'd want her to stage a coup or something. Well, Rachel wouldn't do that. Not to her boyfriend's sister"
